NOOC has 58 single rooms, 6 double rooms and 2 flats for couples, and 4 family flats. The different costs of these rooms can be found below.
Residents in rooms with shared facilities should expect their bathroom to be shared between 2 and 6 other people. The bathrooms are cleaned daily except each week day
NOOC does not provide any insurance for residents, such as to cover healthcare costs or in the case of damage to or loss of personal possessions. We recommend that you obtain insurance prior to travelling to the UK.

Prices for academic year 25-26
These prices come into effect from 1st June 2025 for new residents. Charges for existing residents will increase on 1st October 2025.

Booking/Damage Deposit
If we are able to offer you accommodation, we will ask you to confirm your acceptance by paying a Booking Deposit. When you arrive at NOOC, the Booking Deposit becomes a Damage Deposit. The Damage Deposit will be returned after you have left NOOC, when we have received your keys back and checked your room.
